Alexandra leff
A licensed creative arts therapist, trauma-trained facilitator, embodiment teacher, coach, speaker, and leader devoted to helping people heal, connect, and transform.
Her work integrates trauma therapy, embodiment, relational intelligence, sexual polarity, intimate relating to intimacy, creativity, and spiritual depth. She works with individuals and couples seeking deeper connection, aliveness, and truth in their relationships and lives.
Alexandra has extensive experience working with eating disorders, addiction, and 12-step and integrative models of healing and recovery models — bringing compassion, clinical depth, and training, and embodied and relational awareness to these complex areas of healing. She has also trained extensively in Ontological Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Organizational Leadership.
She holds a Master's degree from NYU and is EMDR certified and somatic healing trained. She is a graduate of a 1000-hr teacher training and holds leadership roles under John Wineland, Kendra Cunov, and Ascension Leadership Academy.
Alexandra works with women, couples, and leaders who are ready for real transformation — supporting them in moving through trauma, shame, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm toward greater wholeness, aliveness, intimacy, and truth.
